3. Required Medical Form for Insomniac
All vendors will be required to pre-buy their beer, water and other products from their designated vending locations. No loaner loads will be provided. When you arrive to the venue you will be assigned to one of the vending locations throughout the venue. It is at this assigned vending location where you will turn in your valid ID to our EMS cashier. You will then purchase your first load of product in our predetermined load sizes.
Product Purchase Price
You should plan on having a minimum of $150 to get you started. Our top vendors who make the most bring enough to purchase multiple cases.
With the pre-buy system, you will purchase your loads of product from your assigned vending location where your cashier will record what you are taking out. You will pay for your product with your own money. You will then go and sell the product you bought to fans at the event. As you sell the products to the fans, you will make back the money you spent to purchase the product. When you run out of product, you will return to your vending location and purchase more product with the money you made back from selling the first load. This will continue until the end of the allowed selling time. When the event is over, if you have product left, your cashier will buy this back from you. Your cashier will have record of all of the product you sold for the day. You will have with you the money you originally came to the event with (if you made correct change throughout the day) and any cash tips you made with your sales. You will receive a paycheck for the commission on the net sales (total sales minus sales tax) for the combined days, mailed to the address on your online application or W4 you turned in at check-in.
