Indiana Alcohol Permit information:

You must have this permit to work at Notre Dame with EMS:​​

You will make commission of your net sales (total sales minus sales tax) in the form of a cash advance up to $100 with the remaining due commission as direct deposit or a mailed paycheck.  The payroll schedule is on the home page of our website within the event calendar.  You will keep your cash tips.
Commission Scale for January 1, 2019 ONLY:
$0000 - $1499 = 10% commission
$1500 - $1999 = 12% commission
$2000+ =             14% commission

*If you are new to EMS, payroll enrollment instructions will be a part of your reminder email before the event.

Levy Responsible Alcohol Service Training (RAST):

All vendors must also go through the Levy Restaurants (our client) Alcohol Compliance Training which is a brief online training course. Your test results must be received and verified before you will be scheduled to work.
Here are the instructions to complete this course.  

  • (You must copy and paste this website address into a new window)
  • You will be taken directly to the “Responsible Alcohol Service Training” page
  • Your password is – LEVY in all caps and is case sensitive. Click “Login”
  • Type in your personal information (Name, age, gender, SS# use 0000, birth date, place of birth (city and state))
  • date of employment
  • Job Title (select from drop down – Contract Employee)
  • Job Location (select from drop down - the state and building where you will be working)
  • Answer the question about Felony
  • Skip over the employment history and Click “Begin”
  • There are 20 test questions that are presented along with the literature to read while answering this section. Once you have completed this section you will be taken to the test. After you have answered the 20 questions, Click “Review”
  • If you have answers that are incorrect, they will be highlighted in blue and you are able to go back and read over the information and correct you answer. Then click “I agree.”
  • The following screen will prompt you to put in an e-mail address.  Please enter: If you enter your own email address by mistake, please forward the results to - these results will be verified before you are allowed to work.  If you enter your own email address by mistake, you can forward that email to us.

Walking Vendor Job Details:

As a walking vendor, you will carry a tub of beverages throughout the venue selling to the fans as they enjoy the concert. Our vendors sell products such as beer, soda, and water. This is a great opportunity to make money while being a part of an awesome environment. If you are hard working, self-motivated, and have a great personality, then this is the perfect job for you! You must be able to carry 30 pounds and walk continuously for a minimum of 3 hours. 


You are required to wear clean BLACK pants. No Jeans, NO athletic pants. You will need to wear comfortable closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes or a work shoes that are mostly black. We will provide you with a uniform shell and knit cap provided by Miller/Coors.  This outer layer (like a thin wind breaker) will provide no warmth so please wear your own winter clothing underneath, it will be covered.
